Label size
The optimum size
What is the optimum size for a label? This depends on many factors, not least of course on the area of application.
If, in the area of document management, less of the document is to be pasted over in order to guarantee optimum legibility, this is different for pallet labels, for example - here it may also be necessary to scan from a greater distance.
We have provided you with the optimum sizes for every area of application in the store. Do you need something else? No problem, just give us a call, we can make anything possible!
Optimum scanability
Barcode labels must be one thing above all: scannable, always and at any time!
To ensure that this works without any problems, this overview shows the smallest label size that guarantees 100% reliable recognition of the archiving labels by commercially available scanners. In addition to the label size, the required barcode type and the number of digits also influence the required size.

| 2a5 interl with check digit | - | 40x15 | - | 40x15 | - | 40x15 | - | 45x25 | |
Choosing a larger label is no problem: the barcode is even easier for the scanner to read and you can enter more digits.
Of course we can also print more jobs than indicated here on request, we will be happy to advise you!
