Barcode labels on rolls – For printers & dispensers
Barcode labels on rolls are the most efficient format for professional label printing and machine processing. The labels are rolled onto a backing paper and are compatible with thermal printers, thermal transfer printers and label dispensers. Ideal for high volumes in logistics, manufacturing and retail.
Advantages of roll labels
Faster processing: Roll labelscan be processed by machine – significantly faster than sheet labels. Compatibility: The roll is the standard format for label printers (e.g. from Zebra, Brother or SATO) and for label dispensers. Large quantities: Depending on the label size, up to 10,000 labels fit on one roll. From us, most labels come on rolls of 100, 500 or 1,000.
Available formats
We supply roll labelsin all standard formats: from 20x10mm (for small components) to 100x150mm (for shipping labels). We deliberately wind our rolls without a cardboard or plastic core. Materials: paper, PE film, PET film and speciality films.

How many labels are on a roll?
From us, usually 100, 500 or 1,000 labels, for some items also 300 or 900. In general, the quantity depends on the label size: a roll holds up to 10,000 small labels (30x15mm), approx. 2,000–4,000 medium labels (50x30mm) and approx. 250–500 large labels (100x150mm).
What size core do I need?
None for our labels: we deliberately supply our rolls without a cardboard or plastic core, and our label dispensers are designed for this. As a general rule for label printers, desktop printers usually use 25mm cores and industrial printers 40mm or 76mm – your printer’s specifications are what count.
